The Power of Accountability

Now that you have the previous nine Principles of Success, it's time to put it all together. Accountability is about results, in other words, the buck stops with you. You and you alone are responsible for practicing and consistently putting the principles into action. Being accountable means that you take complete responsibility for your actions and the results in your life. You are in control of your own destiny.
It is imperative that you understand this next statement, "only when you are accountable for everything in your life can you be responsible to change your life." You own your current circumstances based on your past thoughts, deeds and actions. Likewise, you will own your future, good or bad, based on your present circumstances.

As a Life Coach, I advise, guide, direct and coach people to change and improve their lives, but nothing happens in my clients lives, unless they make it happen. All the coaching and good intention in the world, will not generate change or results; only you can do that! Until you grasp this concept, you can never have what you truly want out of life.
It really breaks down into two simple components; are you a dreamer or an achiever? We all have imaginations, which means we all can dream. But unless you put your imagination and dreams into action, you will never manifest them, you will never achieve. A dream without a plan of action, is only a dream. Change usually requires 21 days of reprogramming in your subconscious. For many individuals, this is just too much work. Many people have neither the discipline or focus necessary to initiate change in their lives. They want to change but they're not willing to do the work.
My Life Coaching is broken down into several different categories. One of the most vital lessons that I communicate to my clients is the need to be persistent and consistent. Anything short of this is a guarantee for failure. Implementing these emotional dynamics is the only way that you will initiate change in regard to your behavior and habits.
Your conditioning has been part of your subconscious mind for years. It started way back when you were a young child; your parents, teachers, coaches, neighbors, family members all played a role in molding who you are today. If your why, your desire and passion to succeed are big enough and strong enough, you will be successful.
We pay a price for our dreams, everyone does. It takes personal commitment, accountability and passion. Do you have what it takes? Are you willing to pay the price? There is no try, there is only do!
Accountability = Responsibility Action = Results
